I'll never use another eye liner
This is the best eyeliner I've ever used. I'm a 47 year old, brown eyed woman. I have had my fair share of trial and errors with black eye liners over the decades. I end up always looking like a raccoon. I never quite know when to finally check a mirror because my eye liner has melted so much. Not with this one. NEVER with this one. I know when I use this one, I don't have to check to see if its run. It's a good, dark black that stays in place. And if I run a thin brush over it to blend, it blends smooth which is desirable.

Neutrogena gel, eyeliner perfection
I switched to this eyeliner after wearing liquid eyeliner waterproof for years and I'll tell you why. I am a 54-year-old woman who always use liquid eyeliner but as we age, we tend to get little teeny wrinkles underneath our eyes oh joy the liquid was actually getting in the creases so I decided to buy this Neutrogena gel eyeliner and let me tell you it is a game changer! I love it and I have it on subscription now. The only warning I would make is that it breaks easy so don't press too hard and don't roll it out too long. Otherwise this is waterproof and it works for my never-ending watery eyes.
