I like the looks of this, but ..... 1) are the shelf heights adjustable? and 2) is there a larger one available?

The shelf heights is not adjustable. We do have a larger one and the heights is adjustable. The ASIN is B082PVKPFC.

Does this shelf have five legs total, or only three? The photos show five total (two on each end), but the 360° rotation shows one leg on each end.

5 legs. The 360° rotation is the older version. Amazon has not update it yet.

Solid wood? Reviewer says not wood.

The "3-tier Natural" one is made of natural bamboo boards and stainless steel tubes with plastic anti-slip feet.

How much weight can the the shelves hold?

I use this shelf in a corner of the kitchen counter. I wouldn’t add too much weight…a few cookbooks, S & P shakers, trivets, a few cups. These are more decorative than functional.
