Storkcraft Brookside 2 Drawer Changing Table Dresser, White

First off, I'm assuming that all the bad reviews are from people who either cannot follow directions, or choose not to, because this thing went together EXACTLY as described. It is quite a bit to put together (it took me about 4 hours by myself, but I'm an older woman with really painful hands). It came VERY well packed. Actually, it's an engineering marvel how they got everything packed into the box like they did & still had it so well protected! The instructions are very detailed and clearly written with words & pictures. The dresser is really sturdy & of good quality. It does take some getting used to that I can only open one drawer at a time, but I understand that it's a safety feature. The only negative comment I have is that I wish there was a matching nightstand to go with it! I am very pleased with this dresser. This is probably the best large item I've ever bought from Amazon. Definitely recommend!!

TL/DR: Great item, good construction, sturdy, 10/10 recommend.We bought this to use as a changing table since we are expecting. I've put together a number of pressboard furniture pieces in the last five years, and I have to admit that this one is actually the best of them. All of the pieces fit together properly, the screws go into the pre-milled holes without too much effort but are also not loose, and overall the materials seems to be of better-than-average quality. The end product is very sturdy and doesn't wobble, which is clutch when you think about having a baby covered in poop on top of it - that's not really when you want things shaking around and potentially splatter painting the room. Overall, it's great and I would highly recommend it.The only caveat here is that the instructions are not quite as detailed as you might want. I had to unscrew a couple of pieces and flip them around so I had access to the cam locks. Fortunately, the build is good enough that this was easy to do. So if you have any experience assembling furniture, you should be able to tackle 90%+ of the instructions with no problem. And the remaining 10% are kind of a 50-50 toss up that is easy to fix. If this is your first furniture assembling foray, then I still recommend this but then you should either A). build it when you have enough time to really, REALLY study the instruction pictures for each minute detail or (more likely) B). con a friend with experience into helping you. Preferably the second, and bribe them with a good beer selection. If you're close, I'll even do it if you provide the beer, that's how easy this thing was to assemble.If I could guarantee that every pressboard furniture piece that I purchased going forward had this quality, I would be very happy. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful dresser! Very sturdy and good quality. There’s definitely plenty of space for baby clothes! Gets a 4-star because of the lengthy assembly process. Took us a few hours to assemble due to confusing instructions. However, it has a built-in interlocking system that only lets you open one drawer at the time. This is a safety feature, but causes a semi-loud noise when opening/closing the drawers.

I have had this changing table for 8 months now, and so far this has been how it has performed:- Price: at the time that I bought this, I felt that the price was fair. It wasn't the least expensive model that I found, but it also wasn't the most expensive.- Assembly: While the assembly took some time, it wasn't overly complicated. The instructions were pretty clear, and I only needed to glance at them, given how relatively easy it felt for the assembly. The only reason it took longer was simply because I didn't use any power tools for this one.- Quality: I rather like how the quality of this changing table punches higher than its price. The pieces fit nicely, the wood feels solid, there are no gaps or creaks anywhere, there is ample storage space, and the changing pad and area is big and not uncomfortable to use.- Usability: as of right now, I have not ended up using the changing table itself that much, not because it's bad in any way, but because it's more convenient to change my baby at the bed. However, this has become a regularly used storage device, which still occasionally serves as an actual changing table.Overall, I definitely recommend this. It's fairly priced, easy to assemble, seems like it will last years, and looks like it will be used long past the time my baby will no longer need to be changed.

Perfect for what I had in mind. Made well for the price. Easy to assemble.

Junk! The drawers will only let you open one at a time but our five year old yanks on them. They’re particle board so they’re cheaply made and there are drawers that are falling apart that we’ve tried to screw back together. Finally got a nice Amish made dresser so we don’t have to deal with it.

I freaking Loveeee this dresser! My toddler girl also loves it. I changed the drawer pulls to gold hearts. The dresser came packaged very well, no dings, dents, chips, missing pieces, etc. each layer is protected with a soft foam so the wood doesn’t rub together. I put this entire dresser together by myself (yes I’m a woman), as my Hubby watched TV beside me! He knows putting things together is my me time and my little project so let me be unless I absolutely need you. LOL… anywho… The dresser is an absolute MUST BUY! I love the color, the weight, the sturdiness, the length, the height (I’m 5’1.5” Hubby 5”11), the functionality of the drawers (you can only open 1 drawer at a time) however, my little Pandemic smarty pants 3 year old daughter discovered a way… I was kinda excited about it too, not going to lie. Hint if you push the open drawer as if you’re closing it but don’t let it close all the way, pull another drawer and it should open. I will say this, although it doesn’t bother me because I can hear if she is playing in the dresser… the drawers are sort of loud when closing mainly but slightly upon opening too. You can mount this to your wall but I didn’t find it necessary because it has a great amount of weight to it and its shape on the bottom. This is no old school dresser where the drawers come all the way out and causes tipping hazard. The structure will keep it upright so no need to anchor unless you just have a little destructive kid on your hands. This is my real unpaid review if it wasn’t 1:30am I would have posted a pic. I can’t say anything bad about this product. I have seen the leading Delta toddler dressers in person but they have nothing on this dresser. Thank me later after you purchase a say that lady was not lying about this dresser…. Your welcome in advance.

I personally did not like the style of instruction that they used. They had you do all the hardware of one type at the same time, leading to a lot of moving around pieces when it could’ve more easily been done section by section.There are two large hardware pieces that show on the diaper changing topper, which are not shown in the advertisement image. It’s definitely built correctly, as the instructions do include the two bolts showing in the finalproduct. Also, the warning stickers are incredible difficult to get off.Otherwise, I like it.

El producto es bueno considerando su precio. Sin embargo, si eres un cliente que busca algo duradero y de excelente calidad, sugiero invertir más en un mueble similar. Las piezas y sus componentes… y el mueble como tal están en buen estado y es relativamente fácil de construir, considere que tarda approx 3 horas. Pero ya ensamblado te das cuenta que el peso de los las piezas y el material que se utiliza de soporte no son compatibles…por ende eventualmente después de mucho uso dejará de funcionar correctamente. En resumen: la madera que se utilizó tiene mucho peso para las correderas y el material de construcción.

Buen tamaño, estaba excelentemente bien empacado y luce muy bonito, el único detalle que no me gustó tanto es que hace un "clic" un poco fuerte al abrir cada cajón por el sistema de bloqueo que tiene (que solo deja abrir un cajón a la vez y bloquea los otros mientras uno está abierto).

Es una porqueria de producto no lo recomiendo. Aparte no me lo enviaron a mi domicilio tube que ir por el producto les recomido no comprarlo.
