The taste is a little strong, but acceptable. Is excellent for beginner that just need an extra energy for workout. I use after job and I really feel and extra punch, just the necessary to go and working-out.

水泳をしているときにApplewatchで心拍数を測ってみましたが特に変化がないように見受けられました。 味はエナジードリンクに近く、匂いが少しウッっとなる刺激臭でした（臭いわけではなく、酸っぱい匂いが強く感じる程度です）
