Let me represent you the best sign on the street! This guy, the kids call him "Turtle Man" is the best keeping them safe on the street! The bottom piece has an opening where we placed sand so it doesn't move when it's too windy! This guy has been out whole summer and he has not faded yet! Very good quality! I place him in the middle of the street of our loop. Definitely makes cars slow down, he is tall and has an orange flag which makes him very visible, all the families here love him. Works much better than an orange cone.

We were having some major issues with fast traffic on our street, as people used our small street as a shortcut. When this is out, cars actually slow down to a very reasonable speed! All of the neighbours love it, and i have countless people coming to me asking where i have bought it, including cars stopping to ask!

This works great. We put it out at only when the kids are playing outside. Cars really do slow down. It was not hard to fill. I had the kids put some dirt in the base for me. It stands up to some of the strongest winds.

Easy to assemble, and most importantly it works!!!! My neighbors from all directions have came and told me they love this because it reminds them to slow down and be more aware of the children in the neighborhood. They have also said it's really cute. I put mind at the end of our driveway when my children are playing. It reminds my kids not to run up into the road (they won't run past it), AND it stops people from doing a turn-around in my driveway. A couple weeks before I purchased this, a woman barreled into my driveway as a turn around without looking. If I had not been there within the distance to dive and grab him, she would have ran over my 1.5 year old son. I was shaken. But it was a common occurrence for people to use my driveway for turnaround WITHOUT looking or slowing down (there's a dirt hill that obstructs view in front of my drieway, but people don't look anyways). Now that this green guy is set up, my neighborhood and home feels safer than ever! I am so thankful for this and recommend that anyone considering to get this just get it! It withstands the weather well. Hot sun, rain, etc. There is also a little cap on bottom where you can fill the base with sandto weigh it and keep it from blowing over on a windy day.
