When I placed order photo shown that three rack are assembled each other with wide Thick single side holder,but I got pencil type thin clip

The material is cheap plastic that it cracked on opening the package.
One of the trays was broken already in the package that was delivered. The plastic is quite flimsy and cheap.Moreover, the delivery package also was not sturdy enough to protect the plastic item inside.
