KS7 Knee Sleeve
I had arthroscopic meniscus surgery earlier this year and have tried several knee sleeves. The KS7 was just what I needed. It has a combination of light, moderate and firm compression in all the right areas. It is comfortable and supports my walking and biking activities. I especially like the nude color for when I’m out and about.I’m 5’3 & 124lbs. ordered a size M.

Best Knee Compression Sleeve Ever!
I don't usually write reviews but this is a frequently returned item. I want to say that if you return this knee compression sleeve without first trying it you could be making a big mistake.I'm 60 and have had knee pain my entire life. My knee caps didn't form correctly. Each has two pieces. That in itself causes pain. About 10 years ago I began experiencing tendon pain behind my knees. If I move the wrong way I experience tremendous pain. Physical therapy didn't help. Now I have osteoarthritis in both knees, so I've got some serious knee pain going on.Because of the birth defect, I have been wearing compression sleeves for athletics and ballet my entire life. I'm hard to fit because I'm very small and most knee braces are too big. I've tried them all - Curad, Copperfit, Copper Joint, Crucial Compression, JUDIQUIR (brand on Amazon), Ace and Futuro. They were either too large or having the same amount of compression over my entire knee area caused tendon pain. These are by far the best knee compression sleeves I've ever worn. They don't look what you might expect, but please give them a try. According to the package, these braces have 7 different zones of compression. The compression is light at both ends. That's good because you don't want them cutting off your circulation and you don't need compression in those areas. They have silicone dots at the top so they don't fall down. They are also very thin and lightweight. I can wear then under my yoga pants/leggings and you can barely see them! That's fantastic for me because that's the only kind of pants I wear.I tried them out for a couple weeks before writing this review. I try to stay active in spite of the arthritis and other problems and these are a big help. Activities that are painful for me include walking, going up and down stairs and using the leg weight machines at the gym. I've worn them for all these activities and I'm able to do them relatively pain free. I used to be a ballerina and once held a brown belt in karate, so I guess you could consider me an athlete. I intend to stay active for as long as I can and these compression sleeves are making it possible. So please don't be put off by the appearance of the knee sleeve. It looks different because it IS different, and all those differences make it the best knee compression sleeve I've ever worn. I ordered one pair to start with, and I've just ordered 2 more pairs so I can rotate them and have something to wear when the others are in the wash. I hope this company continues to make these compression sleeves for as long as I'm alive!I included photos of both the tan and black sleeves. It's easier to see the detail on the black sleeve. Please do yourself a favor and give these a try!

Sizing is a bit wonky
I’ve returned and reordered these a few times to get the right fit, because sizing is inconsistent. I received 2 in size medium, and the upper bands were almost 1/2” different. Other than that, it’s a nice knee sleeve and I’ve tried many over the years for patellofemoral pain. I was initially attracted to this one because of the tan color that’s offered. As a Caucasian, I like the discreet way it blends in with my skin and isn’t as immediately noticeable as a black sleeve. It’s relatively comfortable to wear, as comfortable as these compression sleeves can ever be expected to be.

Stayed put and my knee is happy at the end of the workday :)
To start off, I haven’t got a frame of reference to accurately compare this to since it is my first time wearing a knee compression sleeve. I work as a cashier for about 8 hours, then I walk home for half an hour and if I have chores or errands to run I can end up going the whole day on my feet without a break which is hard on my right knee and my weak ankles, my 30-40 lbs weight gain and zero exercise liekly doesn’t help things either AND after running around an uneven yard my knee was hurting me more than ever when I went up and down the stairs.Today I decided to try the sleeve and thankfully it’s only my ankles that hurt today. My knee feels rested, it doesn’t ache when I bend it or give me that pinching feeling on the right side as it usually does. My thighs are around the 15” mark so I went with the size medium sleeve. Throughout the day I was very aware of the compression on my thigh and I wasn’t sure if that sensation was just distracting me from my usual knee discomfort or if I really wasn’t having any. I’m not sure how less compressive the large would have been but it might be best to size up if your very close to it and are sensitive to very tight fits. I might order a large if after a few days this medium size one begins to hurt on the more active days.I included a picture of my leg right after removing the sleeve.

Works well, leaves a mark
Great sleeve that helped with the pain of my daughter. The non-slip dots at the top of the sleeve does leave a mark on the leg that doesn't come out by washing. The mark doesn't hurt or itch, but it leaves dark, defined marks on her leg.

Sizing and compressive stretchability
I am petite 94 lb 5'2" dancer with strong calf. I ordered size S but the bottom opening was so tight. that I it couldn't pull up. i order size M and top opening too big and keep sliding off. this product aren't compressive enough to give the stretch to fit in sizes.

A good purchase
This is great support for an achy knee. It's well made. Size is accurate. It washes well.
User
Highly recommend
I was having some acl pain in my knee and this worked great. Fit perfectly and held everything in place until it could heal.
User
size not accurate
Size M does not coinside with measurements needed. L would be a better fit. Could this item be replaced? It's an URGENT NEED. Return was smooth. Refund confirmed by Seller. I'm impressed by this deal. Will shop again.

Orthosleeve® KS7 Kniebandage
Die Knie-Bandagen lassen sich leicht anziehen. Sie rollen sich oft am Oberschenkel herunter und sind daher sehr unangenehm beim Laufen. Das Material ist auf der Haut angenehm zu tragen.

Not much support for my patella tendon - will stick with a patella knee strap.
I'm not particularly impressed with this KS7 compression knee sleeve. I am recovering from persistent patella tendonitis and I usually run with a patella knee strap. My previous strap sits just below the knee cap and applies pressure directly to the patella tendon which gives me enough relief to complete my usual 5k runs. Having read the KS7 sales description on eBay I was hopeful that this sleeve would apply firm support to my tendon while also keeping the patella tracking correctly. I measured up my knee and ordered the medium. Overall, the sleeve seems to fit on my knee OK, but I can not feel any kind of difference in compression across the length of the sleeve. It simply compresses the whole area by the same amount so my patella tendon isn't supported enough. This design might work for some conditions, but I wouldn't recommend it do patella tendonitis recovery.
