Amazing chair -- Even better customer service!
This is the second Gabrylly chair in our house. My husband got his a few years ago and I "stole" it from his office when I injured my back. It helped immensely, so I was eager to get my own. Even better, this new version comes in different (stylish) color combos AND includes adjustability for the seat depth. This is extremely important to me. I'm 5' 8" tall, but my hip-to-knee distance is comparably short. Finding a chair that fits my frame has been a huge challenge in the past. Using the "M" setting on this one has been amazing for my low back. Such a difference from my old chair! This chair was extremely easy to assemble, fully adjustable (height, tilt, seat tension), and the customer support has been nothing short of amazing. Winnie graciously filled my request for a free lumbar pillow and chair cover, personally responding to my email within 1 business day and then sending tracking numbers for each. Having a real human to talk with is just such a breath of fresh air these days. Gabrylly (as a company) stands behind their products 100%, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish, supportive, affordable chair for their office.

Good chair, very comfortable, go ahead and get it
Review is for GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, High Back Desk ChairI was a little concerned about this chair being that I am only 5'4" and according to the description, this chair is meant for a taller person.Don't worry, it fits fine, without issues. I can easily place both feet right on the ground, even being a "short" person. I use a foot rest anyway, so I see no issues if you are shorter using this chair. This chair is quite comfortable to sit in, with the back being very straight up. This is good and bad. You get lots of support like this, when you want to sit completely straight, but can easily lean back a bit for more comfort, when needed. You easily adjust the tension by the front knob that controls how hard you need to push back to adjust the back rest like most chairs that recline.Speaking of reclining, this chair reclines pretty far, and is very comfortable. The head rest you will need to fiddle with to make it custom fit for your head. This is the first time I have used a head rest of this type, and surprised at how comfortable it is. Putting the head rest on, while assembling the chair is the hardest part, and its quite easy to do.As some others have said, the seat mesh is a little "scratchy", but you get used to it.I have found that I like using a cushion on the seat for extended sitting sessions, but you may not need one. The mesh seat is quite comfortable, and sometimes I switch between using a cushion and sometimes not using one. You will have to see what works for you.One big reason I got this chair is the swing up arms. I prefer these type arms, since you can easily lift them up out of the way, where as other chairs you can't do this. This makes it easy to push in the chair very close to your desk, saving room.Customer Service. One word, OUTSTANDING!I have hard floors at home, and carpet at work. My work place bought me the same chair, so I bought one for home use. I emailed the company and asked about purchasing the roller type wheels for my home chair, and they offered me an additional set for the at work chair, which I didn't need. They were willing to ship me two sets for free! I declined the one for work, since its carpet and didn't need a set. Thats great customer service, which is rare now a days. Keep this in mind when shopping for a chair...there are lots out there, and this company stands behind their product.Assembly - standard for a chair like this, very easy to do, and they provide a simple video to watch. Maybe takes 10 minutes to put together, and you can do it yourself. If you have trouble lifting, you would need some assistance.Shipping - Chair comes very well packed in a sturdy box, no issues there.Quality - I did not have any issues with this chair. Very well put together.Chair options - It leans back pretty far, and with the included head rest, it is quite comfortable to lean back when you are tired for a quick rest, or even a quick, nap. (shhhh...don't tell the boss) You can lock the angle of the back to exactly where you want it, if you don't like having to push back to lean the back rest.So far I am quite happy with this chair. I have never had a full back mesh type chair, and think that this will last quite a while, even with daily use. I think you will be pleased with this purchase. While you may be able to find a similar chair for maybe a little less price, to me, the customer service you get with this purchase is really worth it. You know that they will stand behind your purchase and your being happy with your purchase of their product. I don't think you will be disappointed.*update*Its been 3 months since I purchased this chair and I can tell you 100% no issues with the chair at all. Its quite comfortable, and I would purchase another one, without hesitation. I can be sitting in this chair for long periods of time, with no issues. I do use a small seat cushion, just because I had it left from my previous chair, so might as well make use of it, but its not really needed for this chair. I am completely pleased with this purchase. No chair is perfect, but not being able to get into a chair and sit in it for yourself, shouldn't sway you from purchasing this. Its very comfortable, and even though I am 5'4", its perfect in size, and the head rest is great too. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap. WFH...shhhhhhhhh....!!*Update #2* 4/24I tend to give good reviews for products that I really like, and give updates to those products. This chair is one of those products that you need to know about. So far I have been using this chair everyday, for hours a day. This chair is top notch. Comfortable. Arms swing out of the way if you want...etc. I am really happy with this purchase and I think you will be too. Its hard buying a chair without trying it first, but you can be assured of the good reviews of this product. No joke. This is a good chair. I think you will be pleased.**Over 1 year later update**This is a great chair and probably one of the best I have purchased, but not the most expensive I have purchased. It is holding up just great, is just as comfortable as when I got it. ZERO complaints.I use it for hours everyday for computer work and gaming. Its a very comfortable chair and it seems it will last a good long time. Don't be on the fence any longer, you can stop looking now for a good chair.BUY IT. You will be pleased.**2025 UPDATE**This chair continues to please. Still no issues at all, ZERO. I use this chair for hours per day, very comfortable. If and when this chair starts giving "issues" as all chairs do overtime, I will not hesitate to buy a replacement chair from this same brand. Keep in mind that there are still no issues. Over the years I have purchased countless number of desk chairs, and this one is the best so far for the price point. I am completely satisfied as a customer. I am not being compensated, nor have I been contacted by the company to do any reviews, or speak positively about this purchase, I like when people update their reviews, so that you can know what you are getting into for the long haul and that in my case, no money was wasted on this purchase.**2026 Update**I can't believe I have had this chair for 3 years. Exceptional value. I use this chair every single day for computer use. Sometimes for hours. Don't hesitate any longer. BUY. 100%.

Don't be fooled by the low price point. I really was surprised at the quality and comfort.
I really wasn't expecting much for a chair at this price point, but my old chair died and I didn't want to spend a ton on something new that I couldn't try out first. But I've been using this for about a week now and I got to say I am delighted with it! I no longer have to get up and feel tightness in my lower back after sitting in it for 2-3 hours. I do a lot of programming and gaming. The packaging was very impressive and directions were excellent. I had his thing together in about 20 minutes. It's very comfortable and adjustable. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the adjustable arms don't drop a bit lower for my setup. I had every intention of returning it to Amazon, and was skeptical after my first hour using it. But now I am sure I made the right purchase as I have no intentions of sending it back.

So far, so good
I bought this chair recently to replace one (a different brand) that broke. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions were straightforward and well-written. The supplied Allen wrench is much easier to use, much easier on the hands, than the ones supplied with most assemble-it-yourself furniture, and the screws were packed in a well-labeled and organized way. The chair, itself, is comfortable, with plenty of lumbar support—and that's critical to me, as I have some back issues. That the arms tilt up and out of the way is a huge bonus, allowing me to pull in close to the desk. Finally, the wheels work quite well on the brick floor in my office (a converted porch). All in all, this chair seems to provide terrific value for the money.

So good I bought two of them
I have purchased two of these chairs. One in May 2025 and one in May 2026.They are both fantastic chairs - one for me and one for my son. The assembly was very easy and instructions are explained simply. The first chair I bought only had one set of holes on the seat cushion and the second chair now has 3 holes (small, medium, large) for different heights. I'm 6'1 and the original was great, and for my son I also set it to large (I believe for 5'9+).These chairs are incredibly comfortable and I we can sit on them for hours. The mesh seat has tension which makes it comfortable for sitting, imo. The chairs also look nice and elegant. There is a logo on the back if you use the headrest, but other than that it is unbranded. I don't personally use the headrest much, but it is installed for when I need it. You can adjust the headrest in different angles and heights, and lean it forward if you are used to using one.I'm a heavy guy (~300 lbs) and have had no noise like creaks or issues with my chair in over 1 year, so I'm incredibly happy with it. It also helped my posture, coming from executive-style chairs where comfort seems to triumph posture, I had a few days of upper back pain but it was due to poor posture and quickly corrected itself.I also really like that the arm rests go up. On the second chair install, one arm rest wasn't going up as expected and seemed to hit something, but I just took it off and re-installed it, ensuring not to tighten it too much - and it works great with little resistance. I probably over tightened it.

Full-Mesh Build Under $250: Exceptional Budget Ergonomics for Long Hours
[TL;DR]Finding an office chair around $200 that features a full-mesh design (both backrest and seat) is rare. It prevents heat buildup, avoids the bottoming-out issue common with foam cushions, and provides ergonomic support comparable to four-figure commercial chairs for a fraction of the cost.[WHY FULL MESH MATTERS OVER FOAM]Most budget office chairs offer a mesh backrest paired with a foam cushion seat. Over extended sitting sessions, many budget foam materials break down, lose structural integrity, and sag until you feel the hard plastic or metal frame underneath. Foam seats also trap body heat during summer months, leading to sweating and difficult maintenance since the fabric is fixed to the base. This chair uses mesh for both the backrest and the bottom seat. The advantages are substantial:- Continuous airflow prevents heat and moisture buildup.- Spills are simple to wipe down with no fabric saturation.- The suspension provides balanced, ergonomic weight distribution across the seat pan. While mesh can theoretically stretch over several years, foam cushions degrade significantly faster under daily, multi-hour use in my experience.[MARKET VALUE & PRICE COMPARISON]Twelve years ago, securing a fully mesh task chair required spending at least $500-$600, which was the absolute lowest entry point at the time. Finding a chair of this build quality at less than half that price is remarkable value.I have worked in corporate offices with high-end desk chairs in the four-figure range, including Herman Miller Aeron models and many others. The GABRYLLY chair does not feature the ultra-premium coatings or bespoke materials of a $1,500 chair, but the functional gap during a standard 8-to-10-hour workday is negligible. It provides all core operational mechanics—a smooth swivel, height adjustment, dependable 90–120° tilt lock, and flip-up arms—without unnecessary, expensive gimmicks.[FINAL VERDICT]For budget-conscious buyers who work long desk hours and prioritize airflow, long-term ergonomic support, and practical maintenance, this chair is an easy recommendation.

Love this chair and after market service went above and beyond
I sweat a lot. 15 minutes sitting in my old office chair would have my back and butt soaked. So I went looking for an office chair that I thought might solve that problem.Of course, it also had to be reasonably priced. (I call it being frugal. My wife has less endearing terms for it)So, this is the chair I settled on.To start with, I really enjoyed the assembly instructions. They are clear, make sense, and it came with the specific tools needed to assemble it. A thing I really appreciated was the stickers they added to the components identifying which part of a component was 'front', etc. After purchase I did upgrade the wheels to 'roller blade' wheels. In retrospect, I think the original wheels are fine, and the upgaded wheels are marginally better. I'm not sure whether you would consider the improvement worth the price. The first thing I did was take the headrest off. I don't much like them on office chairs. This was super easy to do. After all, they provided the tool to deal with that. The next thing I did was remove the chair arms. These are perfectly acceptable. You can keep them in place or rotate them out of the way. This allows using the chair as one with or without arm rests. My issue with them is the my 'office' environment. I don't have a true desk. I use a side table like you find in a foyer with just enough room for my legs to fit under. Ergo the need to always keep the arms rotated out of the way. The other problem, is that my office space is so tight that the arm rests added about 4 inches to the width of the chair. I did this feat of de-engineering myself, not realizing how good the after market support of these folks has proved to be. I suspect that had I contacted them, this would have been much easier than I made it.Bottom line to this point, is that the chair feels great, fits well, and I not longer sit in a puddle of sweat. What follows is a review of the company's esteller after market support.I own and ride a Catrike Expedition trike (think 3 wheeled recumbent bicycle). Love the thing. Don't love the stock headrest. I've made several attempts to find something better with marginal success. I got to looking at the headrest that I took off the chair compared to the stock one on my trike, and yep, this story goes right where you think it is going. I took off the stock headrest and replaced it with the chair headrest. This did require a bit of rigging on my part but the result is phenomenal. The best part, is that I can actually keep my head resting on the headrest while riding on bumpy roads. That, right there, should dazzle trike riders everywhere. So what does this have to do with company aftermarket support, you ask.My wife also rides her own Catrike, and was so pleased with my modification, that she wished she had one too. I contacted the company and explained what I had done with their headrest and asked if they would be willing to sell me just a headrest. Their customer service rep replied that they would be happy to send me one if I supplied name and address; which I did. And they did, price never mentioned. Their only request was that I post a review for them.I wonder if it wouldn't behoove them to contact [email protected] and see if there is market that can be developed for an actually decent headrest.
