Love, love, love this balm. I've tried several other balms that were fine, but this is my favorite. It's gentle and has clean ingredients, removes waterproof makeup & sunscreen without having to rub or tug, doesn't cloud or irritate the eyes, and a little goes a very long way - my daughter & I use it daily and a jar lasts us about two months - so it's worth every penny. I'm sensitive to scents and this one is *extremely* light and rinses completely away. I have dry/sensitive skin, my daughter has combo skin, and our faces feel clean but not stripped after using this. It's also a great first step if you double cleanse. Just an excellent product, highly recommend.

This was a first time purchase & it has delivered everything promised. It is truly an all in one cleanser which very little goes a long way. Eye makeup & full face makeup melt away leaving a clear clean face devoid of all makeup. Easy to use & follow directions by applying directly to dry face. No stinging eyes & most importantly you won’t have to use any other removers once rinsed.

Product itself is great. It has been helping balance my skin care routine and is gentle, yet effective at getting leftover waterproof makeup off. The fragrance isn’t too heavy or irritating.The packaging however leaves a lot to be desired. The box is not particularly strong at the bottom, so the container will often arrive outside of the box if you order it with other items. It may also be leaking if you live somewhere that gets warmer. My last container had oil all over it when it arrived. I wish that the packaging/container better accounted for the product being delivered vs being picked up off a shelf.

I like simple face cleansing routines and this balm does it. It’s easy to apply, just dip your fingers in the pot ( not too much) and rub into your skin and even over your eyes. No stinging and it is easily removed with water. ( Removes all my makeup but I don’t use heavy foundation. ) My skin feels clean but not taut after use. I highly recommend.

I love using this to take off make up and sunscreen etc. every night. It's so creamy and it really gets my face clean.
