No these do not have markings on the half amounts. The only markings are the one seen in the images.

Yes they do. It’s a great little set.

Are these microwave safe?

I don't know if they are or not? I use them mainly for decoration, so I have never tried to microwave anything in them. But I wouldn't chance it. The material that they are made of doesn't seem to me to be the type of glass that is microwavable.
