How long does the battery last?

The instructions describe the duration for an NP-F750 at 2.4 hours. However, the battery that is supplied with this light is an NP-F550. While the battery life for my use at 100% brightness and 5600K was approximately 2.0 hours, the instructions give no idea of the duration to be expected by neither the NP-F330 nor the NP-F550. Also, there are no instructions supplied with this product that explain how to charge this battery. OK, I am a clever person and 'figured it out' by using the supplied USB-C cable plugged directly into the end of the battery, there is no data that tells us how long to expect this battery to take to become fully charged using USB 5v power or how to read the indicator lights on the battery to be certain that the battery is fully charged.

Will this fit inside a softbox like the Neewer 32 inch Octagon Softbox when mounted on a light stand?

I wouldn't use a soft box on this one, first of all, it is not bright enough, soft box will totally kill the light, plus the light coming from this light is already soft due to the built in diffuser layer

is it easy to handle for documentary/wedding shoots when mounted on the camera. Or would the Viltrox L116 be a better option

Itos very light and easy to use. Once a battery is mounted you will need a good strong mount. The panel has really good color temperature.

What exactly is the mount on this? It says it comes with a hot shoe adapter, which is pictured, but I can't see the default connector on the device.

It allows a hot-shoe mount or you can mount it on a tripod (1/4-20 standard)
