Okay - when I was a kid, mom used to give me Mentholatum to help with a stuffy nose. I have trouble finding this in the store but love it. It's effective at helping me breathe when congested. The lavender scent is pleasing. This size is a good value for the money.

Gentle scent and good nighttime relief I bought Mentholatum Nighttime Vaporizing Rub, Lavender Scent, for nighttime cough and congestion relief, and overall I’m happy with it. It works well to provide that soothing vapor rub comfort before bed and helps me feel more relaxed and comfortable at night. One thing I really liked is that the scent is not too strong. It’s actually milder than Vicks, which I prefer, especially at bedtime. The lavender adds a nice calming touch without being overpowering. The texture is smooth and easy to apply, and a little goes a long way. I’m giving it 4 stars because it works well and has a pleasant, lighter scent, but it’s still a bit greasy like most vapor rubs. Overall, it’s a good option if you want nighttime relief without an intense smell.

I just used a little bit of this at my nose to breathe better since I have a cold and it smells amazing and is very menthol. Size is good for the price, the ingredients all natural which I am all for it and it doesn't irritate your skin. Small enough to take around. I will definitely buy this one and try the original one.
