Exactly what I ordered
Bought this item as I work from home just needed another backup PC nothing fancy or too big. Works great, easy to set up, exactly as it was described. I also saved about $150 then if I went to Best buy to buy it very satisfied with my purchase!

A great computer
It is a great computer ,does that take up much room and gives you everything you could want. The speed is great and the sound is great. I am very happy with my purchase. I have never been trained to use a computer but this is so easy even I don't have a problem using it.

Good quality buy me
I have never bought a reconditioned product before from amazon but this did not disappoint came packed like it was brand new and did not have even the littlest mark on it, Color was great and vibrant. fast start up. I bought this for my wife when her computer because she does not use as much as me and it was cheaper. I would highly recommend buying this product

Still new to me!
I've only had this set up and running for a couple days, and so far, no issues. The background photo colors do seem a bit off but am still working on getting everything adjusted. At this point, I'm happy with the purchase other than when I took it out of the box, the entire computer was sticky like it came from a smoking home and was never wiped down. After a good cleaning, I proceeded with set up. That was actually kind of gross, thinking it wasn't cleaned after being returned!

Needs a manual
I like that everything is all in one. But I would like to have a manual because it is so different from the other computers I've had.

Great Buy!
Bought this PC for my nephew as a replacement I had to take his first HP and use it for a work from home computer but this made a great replacement for him as he’s not on that much but it gets the job done!!!

Great for the price
Today is my first day of using this desktop. So far, everything works perfectly fine and I have not encountered any problems. I do animation and graphic design and running programs like After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe animate, etc is no hassle. Other programs like Word work quickly too. However, don't expect 4K on this device as it doesn't have that but the quality is still great. Youtube and Netflix look good. It's a great budget computer for working at home.Will update in future to see if anything changes.
