If I have two 12v batteries in parallel could I use this to trickle charge both by connecting to the fist battery?

No. It will not charge both batteries. Only the one that it is hooked to. Whether using a battery charger, or SOLAR PANELS, the positive connects to one battery, and the negative connects to the other. That way both batteries charge at the same level. There are plenty of YOU TUBE videos out there that show you how to charge or hook up SOLAR to multiple 12V batteries that are in Paralell.

Can you connect this to a 14 gauge quick connect?

Yes, but why not get a 14 gauge one?

Will this work with 24V batteries too, or just 12V?

Should work for 24 V assuming the connector is the right one, and the right polarity for your application. I purchased this wire because the connector for battery to start my generator was non-standard polarity, so I installed this wire that is the correct polarity for the connector. It's rated at much more than 24 V, but current draw is your main concern.

Will the fuse prevent my motorcycle battery from being drained?

No, the fuse protects against voltage spikes.
