Love my kneee sleeves but not sure how to clean them?

I wash mine every other week , put them in the washer on gentle cycle and I use detergent pods or liquid and I also throw them in a mesh bag I bought in amazon, no damage due to wash and have had mine for a while now . Just wear and tear due to use .

Can these be used for cardio or playing sports like basketball or soccer?

Definitely, they are great for stability, but not to tight.

do these roll or stay well in place?

ZERO roll. If they stayed anymore in place I would leave them on 24/7. LOVE THEM
