Contemporary looks and easy installation
This faucet was recommended by my interior designer friend and he was spot on. The faucet has a contemporary look, but is simple enough to fit in with most bathrooms. There is good weight to the lever and it feels like a quality product. The flow is laminar, but the angle at which it comes out gives it a bit of a waterfall look, so you get the best of both worlds. Installation was very simple and took about an hour. The faucet comes with braided flexible tubing and compression fittings which need only to be torqued tightly on the supply valves. There is no need to cut copper tubing or install fittings. Make sure you have plumber's putty on hand for the sink drain as it does not come included with the kit.

Flow restricted, circular pattern of weak streams
Using this faucet is almost - but not exactly - like being urinated on by a WWII veteran with prostate problems. My new apartment came with this faucet installed and the extremely low flow rate makes basic tasks like washing hands, rinsing a razor or toothbrush or any other use quite tedious. Coupled with the round spray pattern that doesn't coalesce into a single stream, this faucet is an attractive way to ensure you don't waste water by actually using it. Do note that the handle appears to be plated, not solid metal, and spots can easily wear off with too much use.

Bathroom remodeling
Ordered three of these MOEN faucets for two bathroom remodeling home projects. They are as good as can be purchased. Met all of my expectations, easy to install (no need for a plumber) They have a good presentation and operate equal to that presentation. Installation time was about fifteen minutes and then another fifteen to re-install the drain. I expect these faucets to be in place for several years. The only thing that MOEN could do is toprovide written instructions along with the pictures.

Good, solid faucet
I ordered this faucet to replace a Hansgrohe faucet that had recurring leaking issues. This Moen faucet seems to be well built, is nice and heavy, was easy to install and is a good value compared to lots of other ones out there. Aesthetically it's not the most elegant thing around, but functionally it is strong.

excellent product
Not only looks beautiful but operates perfectly with providing as even soft flow of water. I couldn't have made a better choice. I did a lot of research before making my decision.

Functional yet stylish
This faucet replaces one that looks nearly like it (a different brand) but stopped working after 18 months when my bathroom was renovated. So, the Moen style is exactly what I wanted; I like the one handle for both hot and cold water. Installation was a clinch because as my plumber said, Moen products have fewer parts to break down thus making a more reliable product that is easy to install. Now he and I are happy. It looks great in my new bathroom.

missing parts
We ordered 3 of these and 1 came without all of the parts. luck of the draw i guess.. we are returning these and upset that it delayed our bathroom renovations. it is pretty good looking but not as delicate as i would have liked. we already started or i would have returned them all.

Great
Very happy with this. Just what we wanted. The water pours out at the right location and doesn’t cause any water splash. This is an older model but in comparison to a newer model I bought from moen I think the quality and function is better. Yes the instructions are not suitable as others have mentioned but if you have done this before it’s straightforward.

Regret buying this
We bought 2 of these and it has not worked out well. Even with an experienced plumber installing them the plugs did not work and gave the installer extra grief trying to make them function. As a result we have had to replace the entire plug unit and pipe with a better one at an extra cost of $125 Wish we had known better!!

An excellent choice!
Don't be fooled by cheap Asian made faucets!!! I was. This one is light years ahead. We purchased a China $50 waterfall faucet through Amazon based on its looks and generally good reviews. It was a costly mistake. It was so noisy in operation and in constant need of cleaning water marks from it's mirror like finish we finally ripped it out and replaced it with this Moen very high quality faucet. Twice the price, but 4 times the quality.Be warned ..... The instruction sheet leaves a LOT to be desired. It shows one part being totally different from the peice that came in the package, and another piece that wasn't shown in the directions took 2 complete reinstallation's get things figured out and mounted correctly. It almost seems that changes were made to the tap set mid-production but the instruction sheet wasn't updated. Maybe that's why this $200 faucet is now selling on Amazon for $80???????Regardless of the installation challenges, once properly connected it looks, functions, and SOUNDS like the first class device it is. It aerates the stream perfectly and controls the pressure to the ideal level completely preventing any splash-back. We absolutely love it operationally. One nasty surprise ......The description in the listing says the unit is Chrome with the finish being Brushed Nickel. WRONG! The finish is bright chrome (shiny). I bought this thinking brushed nickel is what I would get and brushed nickel is what I wanted. Disappointed, I kept it anyway. Amazon Please check your listing accuracy!!!A nice bonus is the included new drain pipe with pop-up stopper. This add on is a bit complicated to install if you've never done one before, but in this section of the instruction sheet the directions are somewhat clearer. It's well designed and when connected properly works beautifully. The lever to operate the drain stopper is discreetly hidden on the rear of the faucet's vertical body. Nice, nice nice!If I can find one minor grievance with the drain assembly it's that the opening diameter is made a bit too small for my sink and it results in a small amount of water pooling around it's edge in the bottom of the sink. I wish that collar had been made a 25% larger! For some sinks basins this may be okay ... Unfortunately, not mine. I disguise the problem with the use of a stainless steel dome shaped perforated drain cover placed over top of it. It looks great, stays put all on its own, and does not impede the operation of the stopper. This also helps protect from the accidental loss (down the drain past the stopper) of very small items such a ring stones or contact lenses!!!Regardless of the potential challenges installing this tap set (especially for the novice), and the too small drain collar, and the confussion around the finish, I can with confidence very highly recommend this faucet. There's simply no comparison to the cheaply made in Asia wannabe's.
