PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Cream Instantly Soothes Sensitive Skin, Hyaluronic Acid & Ceramide for Hydration, Vegan, Korean Skincare (1.69 Fl. Oz, 50ml)

I bought the Pyunkang Yul PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Vegan Korean Skincare Cream after I burned my skin using too high of a concentration of Retinol on my face and neck. This cream actually did calm my skin almost immediately and stopped the itching and burning and got me through until my skin healed. I still use it in rotation with my other face cream because it is just so light and creamy and does not leave my face feeling overly oily. I did not take any before and after pics because all they would really show is a freshly washed and moisturized face, not a transformation or anything. I bought the 1.69 FL. Oz, 50ml size and since it is so light-weight, I’m still only a quarter way into the bottle after 2 months. This is not really wrinkle-reducing or anything like that ... just a creamy, soothing, super light-weight cream that greatly reduces skin irritation quickly. I highly recommend Pyunkang Yul PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Cream for anyone with or without skin irritation.

I absolutely love this moisturizer. It it a nice medium consistency, and it feels soft on the skin. I use it in between nights that I use retinol/retin A to soothe my skin and give it a break. It's so soft and silky, it absorbs quickly and makes my face feel great in the morning. I found it on my Yuka app as I was looking for healthy/non-toxic night creams/moisturizers and this one got 93/100 "Excellent" score. It shows it's WITHOUT parabens, WITHOUT UV Filters and all of the other harmful ingredients that cause allergies and endocrine disruption. I would think this cream is good for all skin types, I have combo skin, I'm 60 years old, and it works so well. So many of our beauty product have toxic ingredients now, and I have been clearing out my entire beauty, hair and hygiene products and finding healthy alternatives from this app. It's the best app I've found in a decade. I use it daily. Trust me, this product is lovely. I strongly recommend it!

It’s a good product. It gets the job done. I use glycolic acid on skin as an exfoliant and I like to use this cream on top of it to reduce a redness or irritation from the exfoliant. It helped reduce redness and I liked that it has a thin consistency. It’s fragrance free so it doesn’t clog my pores or gives my skin any irritation. Overall, it’s good product for the price.

If you have sensitive reactive skin, you’re going to absolutely love this smoothing buttercream. It will calm your skin down. Skin friendly, and it absorbs, easily.

I'm honestly in complete shock. So for reference, I have SUPER oily skin, and often get lots of breakouts. I have open pores, blackheads, acne, the works. I had a really bad flare up and did some research and ultimately decided on trying this cream. Referencing the photo I attached, the left side was my skin before using this. The right side was my skin after using it for only TWO DAYS (morning and night). I used no other products besides my regular cleanser. I seriously don't know what kind of magic they put in this bottle, but needless to say I'm going to be a lifelong customer. I've tried dozens of other products from very reputable brands. I've spent so much time and money over 10 years trying to fix my problem skin. Seeing results like this actually makes me want to cry tears of joy. It feels like I've finally found a cure after so long. My skin isn't as oily during the day anymore, the redness is going away, and I feel confident again. It didn't sting at all, and honestly felt very soothing upon application. I actually have hope again that my skin won't always be this bad. I know it sounds dramatic, and I can't promise you the same results, but for me, this was life changing. If you're thinking about trying this and have a skin type similar to mine, DO IT!!

Anyway, I thought I should make a 2nd attempt at my review on this product. Pros: ▪︎ It is suitable for sensitive skin. My skin is very sensitive. Using this product has not irritated or harm my skin in anyway. 👏🏾 ▪︎ It is hydrating and lightweight. ▪︎ No strong fragrance or unpleasant smell ▪︎ You don't need to apply much of it Cons: ▪︎ After using it for about 2 months, I am yet to notice any changes to the way my skin looks or feels. ▪︎ Compared to my go-to moisturiser (name withheld because they won't post my review), this product is not as rich in texture. All in all, I think it's a decent product for the price. I doubt it's what my melanin skin needs as it didn't do anything for my skin.

I love this moisturizer. It's instantly hydrating and plumping. Non-comedogenic and clean feeling.

this is the best face moisturizer I have ever used!!! it is super lightweight and I notice throughout the day compared to other moisturizers even if im wearing makeup I dont ever get oily! this is a fantastic product I will always be purchasing more of this :)
