If I use glossy color coat and this clear matte coat, will it be a total matte finish?

Yes, but sometimes the matte coat cracks the color coats with a couple of days of uses

It’s a paint on. It’s just like OPI’s other top coats- this one is just an excellent matte finish, instead high gloss. I love it.
