The shredder works well. Shreds multiple sheets and credit cards. Less noisy than my prior shredder and is built better. I like the bin removal method and the window avoids overfilling the bin. Putting it together seemed intuitive but the shredder did not work. So I went to the instructions and discovered I needed to pull the bin out and then put down the shredding unit until it snapped into place! A sticker on top about this would be helpful and in a larger font than the other stickers. The shredder shipment came well and compactly packaged and separated out easily enough. The packaging engineers deserve an award! Follow the instruction book, it will help in getting it going! The English instructions are in broken English but adequate.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND SHREDDER!! I BOUGHT THERE HEAVY DUTY 16 PAGE SHREDDER. I had to replace the first one because of it being defective! And Now after just barely past the warranty period AND I MEAN ABOUT 1MONTH past the warranty I started having problems with the shredding. I barely used my shredder when it started jerking when shredding, started making a loud clicking noise, started making a loud squeaking sound started having issues with it pulling the paper in to shred. I started having problems with it auto shutting off (it kept running until I turned the power off manually). I contacted the manufacturer, submitted multiple videos at there demand, explained my issues and reminded them there own trouble shooting guide stated to stop using it and replace it. I asked them if they would replace it based on having so many issues and that they had to replace the first one sent to me AND THE FACT IT WAS JUST PASTED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I was finally TOLD NO BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. You would think customer satisfaction in there product was and meant something to them!! SO BOTTOM LINE: THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT & THERE PRODUCT DOES NOT HOLD UP!!! For the money I Paid for this 16 sheet heavy duty shredder you would think it would have lasted longer than 13 Months!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THERE PRODUCTS!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY OF THERE SHREDDERS!!!!! BUYER BE WARNED!!!

This seller is awesome and the product does the job. I run a Tax Business and it is important to shred client documents. I have been using this unit for two years now with no problem. Additionally, the seller responds, answers questions, and resolves any issues with fast and courteous service. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Up date! I emailed the company, and they sent me an email with information and requested some information and pictures. I followed the instructions and emailed some pictures and videos. After a day, they said will ship a new shredder, and just received it Thank you !!! OLD REVIEW We purchased this between September and October. It was used in a small office. The material is strong and will last a couple of years. It worked perfectly until today when I came to the office and discovered it was not turned on. I unplugged, cleaned, and plugged it back in to try to turn it on, but it did not work. It died after ten months of use. I wonder if they will replace it under the guarantee.???

I haven’t used it a lot so long term durability isn’t determined. It is really quiet , shreds fast and looks nice. The pull out waste container is easy to remove and reinstall. It is heavy and rolls nicely on the provided casters, which two of them have brakes. At this time I would buy again.

This is the shredder you want. It is very efficient and has taken on anything we put in it including those fake credit cards from the banks. We shredded an entire years worth of junk mail kept in a box after our other shredder was gifted to our son and we went looking for another one. The quality of the machine is top notch, it is very easy to empty, the cross cut makes little shreds instead of long strips, and the motor is very strong. Of the several we have owned over the years this one is by far the best. For what it cost it is a fantastic value. Highly recommended

The shredder does a good job. It is quiet and it accepts multiple sheets of paper as advertised and doesn’t go off on high heat at the speed I use it. One thing that I don’t like is that sometimes the shredded paper collects in the cutting blades and falls into the base when the container is removed. Sometimes enough falls that the bin will not go back in place. It doesn’t take long to clean out the bottom of the unit but is a little hard to get to. There is one thing that I consider a weak point, I.e., the clasps that hold the bucket or paper bin in place are made from plastic and I fear they may be the first thing to break. I have no way of knowing what type of plastic so I may be wrong. But, I try to push the bucket back in place easily. It activates the on/off switch so it would keep the shredder from working if they were to break. It looks like they can be easily replaced but it would have been good if they had included an extra pair. So far I am very satisfied with the product.

I'd rate it 17/5 if I could. The recycling policies where I live are... not very intelligent and I have limited space in the bin. When the city decided they won't pickup the recycling weekly anymore, I got this to shred cardboard boxes, so I can fit more in the bin. It does the job and doesn't struggle at all. My previous shredder would overheat in 10 minutes. This one can take in all the cardboard I feed it. It even takes the bigger thicker boxes! It's a life safer and we're not drowning in cardboard anymore.

We bought this shredder on May 6th, 2025. It was working pretty good but it has never allowed us to shred the MAX amount of papers without jamming. In fact, it only would allow 2-3 pages at a time, not the promised amount. NOW its completed broken. We turned it on today, tried to shred ONE piece of paper and its making this HORRRIBLE sound and blowing dust EVERYWHERE. Disappointing to pay $189 for something that has broken in 3 months.
