Does this work with 2.5ml bottle dispensers?

I've found that you have to position the 'clip' higher up on most bottles now but it works fine. You'll have slide the clip towards the tip to make it fit. It's easy. These are the best. I've tried most others.

Does it work with the restasis multi drop bottle which is 5.5ml?

my bottle is 5 and it worked not sure about 5.5. I could not have done the drops for before and after cateract surgery without the two mumford guides. I used this with the other product.

I have to take drops from a 4 ml size glaucoma eye drop bottle that is tiny and hard to squeeze. Will this product work with this tiny bottle?

I have used a bottle as small as 3ml, but the top was the same size as the 10 ml bottle. I did notice that I had some problem getting all of the drop in the eye
