Wouldn’t this make the radiation just go up instead of down and you would still be getting some on your body?

The effectiveness of the product seems to be supported by tests cited on the manufacturer's website, https://www.safesleevecases.com/pages/lab-tested.

does the case fit a 15" mac book pro?

Yes it will fit up to a 15 inch.

I am a little confused. does this block wifi radiation as well as emf's?

I believe it shields the radiation going in the direction of your lap, if you were to place this pad on your lap with the laptop on it. I believe there is a greater amount of EMF radiation where the WiFi signal enters the laptop. And it shields this radiation from going in the direction of your lap. I have measured the EMF frequency above and below the pad. And it is significantly lower below the pad. And the pad seems to serve its function.

I feel like mine gets pretty hot and I am concerned how much radiation is being blocked if even heat can get through. Is it guranteed to block 99%?

It deflects the radiation so it isn’t going into you. With prolonged use the computer does heat up normally. The only way the decrease the amount of heat it to put your computer on a cooling tray but I haven’t seen any that help with the EMF radiation
