Has a very strong odour
Baby products ideally should not have any odours, and I didn’t expect Chicco to have that strong one, that even I couldn’t be close to it

The product is not unscented as described
We have ordered 2 items for our new born baby and we were shocked to find out that the product has a strong smell even though is described as being unscented. Unscented products are the safe option for babies especially new borns and I was really disappointed with the product. I will return it
