Mine appears to have Samsung chips, with unknown Die. The 2x8=16GB = chips on one side only, covered by simple, grey heat spreader. In an ASRock B450 Gaming K4 (w/Ryzen 5 2600) set to XMP Profile @3200MHz and so far it is perfect. Timings call for "16-18-18-38 62 1.350v", but I set it to a very slightly tighter "16-18-18-38 58 1.340v" and it has been perfectly stable so far. I don't bother trying to O/C beyond that. Edit #1: Just got an ASRock B550 Pro4 (w/Ryzen 5 5600) and it works perfectly in that as well. Edit #2: 1+ yr later. Bought a second 2x8GB set to double my RAM to 32GB. The second set has CXMT branded chips, but it is working well, and had no problem pairing with the first (Samsung chip) set at CL16, 3200 MHz. Either due to having 4x modules instead of 2x, or the CXMT chips themselves, it no longer "likes" a 1t command rate and I have to set it to 2t for max stability. Works just as well or better than my older Corsair Vengeance LPX (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16R) 16GB (2x8) 3200MHz with alleged Samsung B-Die. Here's my Aida64 benchmark vs the Corsair Vengeance LPX done on the ASRock B450/Ryzen 5-2600. TLDR: Silicon Power wins! Not bad for "budget RAM". Not bad at all! I've had these ram sticks for a year now in 2 different pcs. I haven't had a single issue with them. They run at their rated speed and work perfectly alongside a different older brand of ram. The first set works great so I ordered another set so I will have 32 GB's. built for testing programs and Bench testing. It was found in the bio's and running @ 3200 using Memory Profile (Intel XMP). My system is AMD. very stable booting on and off fast. The ram Inserted like a glove so a great fit you feel the Quality in every way.I recommend this Product Buy with confidence.

Pros : the ram sticks are cheap, they do the job, they can be overclocked to 3600mhz at CL16 Cons : the XMP voltage is to low for the ram to be stable and may cause crashes so you have to manually set the voltage of the DRAM little by little until it is stable Tips : if you want to overclock the ram to the max then set the XMP profile on then set the frequency at 3600mhz and set the Dram voltage between 1.4 to 1.45 to be stable. (DO AT YOUR OWN RISK)

I was not expecting much when I bought this but I was surprised to see the difference in speed, you can't go wrong with these and the price is amazing

I installed this on an ASUS B350 Prime Plus MB sporting a Ryzen 5700G using DCOP memory settings. All timings were as advertised. I then ran Memtest86 overnight, 5 passes completed, no errors. I then ran a burn-in test for one hour using stress-ng (Linux). Stress-ng is a professional grade utility used to stress CPU, memory, I/O, OS, etc. No errors reported. Afterwards, I ran some bench marks using Geekbench6 which uses real world applications to benchmark systems. I realized a 3% gain in single threaded mode and almost 8% in multi-threaded mode over the RAM I used previously (2133:13-15-15-36). Those are excellent results, keeping in mind that those results are for actual applications, not the synthetic benchmarks often used to measure RAM performance. You can find marginally faster RAM but not at this price.

Easy to install, snapped right in, I didn't need to reseat once! With ram this fast, I can stream my VR headset with no problems. Great for gaming, 16gigs is enough!
