I made fruit "ice" cubes with this for my daughter's ice-cream themed birthday party. I was impressed with how easy it was to use (I spooned in fruit puree and scraped off the top, then froze), and how well they turned out!

No Protective Packaging
Pretty item. Did not come in protective plastic or packaging so it was filthy upon arrival. I planned to clean all of my silicone purchases anyway, but I had to take more time with cleaning this one.

Nasty dusty mold
I am not sure the mold is new.It was dusty with chaff marks and hair on it. Yuck.I haven't tested out the item yet, not sure if I want to.I haven't made up my mind whether I will return it or not.
