I am a distance runner who was starting to feel the negative effects of my frequent, lengthy runs. Just aches, pains, etc. I started taking this as directed (3 pills daily) and have felt a drastic difference. Highly recommend for active folks who feel their youth slipping away.

A few months ago, I hurt my shoulder at the gym. I laid off the weights for a bit hoping that it would get better, but it just got worse. My wife reminded me that I had the Peregrune Joint Support in the medicine cabinet (I stopped taking it since I wasn’t running in the winter), and so I decided to give it a shot. After only a few days of taking it, I was back to lifting weights again with no more shoulder pain. Thanks for a great product (and a pain free shoulder)!

If you're a runner and don't have the greatest eating habits, taking vitamins and supplements is important. This package seems to advertise the ability to provide what you need if your nutritional needs are lacking. The price isn't bad, the product is fresh (not old, expired stock). I can't speak for effectiveness really. I think it would take lab work to show actual results/improvements? I've been taking/ordering for over a year.

Costco Glucosamine has more active ingredients, is approved by SP, and much more cost effective. This one doses 3 capsules per day so lasts only a month.
