I’ve never had to clean them. I only use them for my phone and iPad.

Q: What does the reverse side look like? Will it scratch?

The cleaning side is a soft suede-like material. It will not scratch.

Q: How many times is each pad reusable?

I think you can probably use them indefinitely. I've been using mine regularly since Christmas and see no signs that it is wearing out.
