I took a tape measure to it to answer this question. There are 5 notches - Lowest to Heighest is 28inches; next is 30 1/2 inch; next is 33inches; next is 35 1/2"; and tallest is 38inches; As a side note, this stand is VERY sturdy and strong. It can easily support my weight (160lbs) I just sat on it to check.
