Unnecessarily complicated directions for sleep meditations
The voice is okay A little hard on the SS sses But nothing crazy outrageous What I dislike is the 1st meditatiom is easy to go to sleep to and then Later in the audio you have people sitting and putting their legs out and sitting up in a chair and doing all these different motions and it becomes increasingly more complicated and The visualizations with the breath get more and more complicated seeming as well. It seems dumb to have people sit up instead of laying down for a sleep meditation So dumb in fact that it becomes All these steps Instead of just starting off like a regular person would go to sleep , Why would you make it so complicated? I would have given it a 2 but the 1st 1 did put me to sleep and if it had stopped at that it would have been a 3 or 4 st don't understand why these authors don't float this by people who actually can't sleep before publishing. I want simple I don't want a bunch of different directions to make my brain overthink when I'm trying to sleep Please don't make these just irritate people And separate them from their money
