I got ripped off on the purchase price for an item that doesn't work well and now am expected to fork out money for the return shipping to another country. Don't waste your time or money on this one. The price fluctuates greatly too. $60-$125. Don't pay top dollar and then get stuck with a junk massager like I did.

I’ve owned this massager for about 2 years now, and it’s one of those products that can feel amazing when used correctly — but it’s definitely important to understand how to use it safely. This is designed more for neck, shoulders, and lower back, and that’s where it performs best. ✅ What I like: -Deep, targeted massage. The 4 shiatsu nodes (2 on each side) are angled in a way that really works into tight areas in your neck and back. -Heat option gets very warm. This helps relax muscles and makes the massage more effective. -Thicker, wider design. Covers more area compared to smaller massagers. -Portable & easy to move. Can be used on a chair, couch, or bed. -Protective flap cover. Keeps it clean when not in use. -Plug-in design. Consistent power without worrying about charging. ⚠️ Important things to know: -This is NOT a gentle massager. It’s strong. If you lean your full body weight into it, it can feel great in the moment — but I’ve personally ended up very sore afterward, and even bruised from too much pressure. Best results come from light contact, not heavy pressure. -Like many heated devices, there was a slight smell during the first few uses with heat — this went away completely after. 🤔 Other uses: Can be used on feet, but the shape makes it a bit awkward compared to a dedicated foot massager. ⭐️Video included of this unit after owning & using long term

I tend to carry stress in my neck and shoulders and get very tight knots at night where I cannot sleep at times. And scheduling a deep tissue massage at 10 P.M. or midnight is not an option, unfortunately. I was desperate to find a massage tool to help relieve my neck and shoulder pain that keeps me up at night. I have several neck and shoulder tools that I use but they just weren’t living up to my expectations. I needed something more intense and consistent in helping me to relax. After some research, I came across the Viktor Jurgen massage pillow, and I’m so happy I did! This plug-in portable massager has 4 rotating balls along with the option to turn on the ‘heat’ mode (turns red when on), also comes with a car connector so you can use it in your car. What I love about this massager is the consistent power it provides, and it stays on without overheating or the motor ever stopping. I can press my neck and shoulders deep into the massager and it does not lose its kneading, rotating power, and I have spent over an hour on it most times. This is super amazing because when my neck is super tense, I need maximum strength to loosen those knots. Although the heat option is not too hot, but you can certainly feel the warmth while giving off a calming effect. The motor noise is not too loud where it would be too annoying, but if I’m watching tv while on it, I would have to turn up the volume a few notches. One thing I would add to the improvement of this product would be to have the balls spaced out a bit farther apart because I find myself having to move and adjust my body to allow the rotating balls to hit the right spot, and in doing so, one side of my neck is not getting massaged properly. Overall great product at a very fair price point. I would recommend buying it!
