Will Jet Boil isobutane work with this stove?

The Stryker will operate with butane, and butane has the same chemical formula as isobutane, C4H10, so I believe they both produce the same heat when burning. CAVEAT: butane comes in tall skinny cylinders, which don't fit well in the Stryker, butane also comes in squat, large diameter cylinders which do fit well into the Stryker.

Tiny flame no matter how high I turn it on. Press propane tank. Any ideas?

Make sure your gas valve is all the way open or maybe your burner is bad, I have no issues, as mine burns fine, good luck hope this helps.

Do you suggest the 1lb compatable or the isobutane compatable? Or muilti?

Depends at what altitude you will be using it and how much you want to spend for fuel the higher the altitude the more propane you will use but propane is cheaper

Is the liner removable and if so Can you cook over a campfire? Or will the plastic handle melt?

Yes the outer liner is removable. It's not built to cook over a camp fire. You have two fuel sources. One is propane, ie the 1 pound bottle. Or butane canister. It will hold 4 cups of Fluid. The jet boil and others only hold 2 cups.
