The Boy Who Biked the World: Part Two: Riding the Americas (2) Review: Great homeschool adventure - We loved this series. We used it as the basis of our social studies curriculum for grades 1 & 3. Wherever Tom went. We virtually visited though google earth, picture books, maps, and videos all through the world. We learned all about the places and people that Tom encountered and loved every minute of his adventures. My kids begged for this book every night and they had no idea they were doing social studies every night at bedtime. Haha! Review: So fun, engaging and educational - My daughter's started with the Girl who rowed the Ocean and has been a fan ever since. The stories were compelling, engaging and so fun. My daughter could not put the book down. We're huge fans of Allistar's work and gladly wish to share the fun with others!

All the love and very best for Al
Alastair is a role model not just in the terms of things he has done in his life but for the utter honesty he possess while undertaking his adventures. This book has opened windows for me in terms of ride that I want to do and the approach with which I should do it. All the love and very best for Al.

3rd person Tom the boy is odd
I don't really enjoy the 3rd person. Although not expensive it is very light. I wanted to like the book. But I am not convinced.
