Does it work with xbox

Yeah I bought it to use with an Xbox but it’s just a stand so would work with any system. I have a fairly large wheel in it and it works very well.

Will a Thrustmaster T248 bolt to the stand?

I’m not sure about your particular wheel but it does have a lot of different holes to mount the wheel. I’d check with the manufacturer if you need to be sure.
