Delicious and Easy
Love these pancakes! They are so delicious and easy to make. I make the batter a little thinner by adding more water for thinner pancakes. I also add a little fine-medium ground cornmeal for texture. Easy to add berries, cut apples and nuts to the batter too. I also use a bit more oil in the pan which gives the pancakes crunchy edges. Highly recommend!
