This is great! I've been wanting to correct my posture after noticing how unappealing my slouch looked and after doing research I realized it's better for my health. So getting this was a gift. Since wearing it I've noticed I've become more aware of my posture when I'm slouching. The instructions say to start out wearing it for 20 minutes a day and after doing that I noticed a change in my self awareness of my back. I now resist the urge to slouch which has improved my breathing and how my back feels after long hours of sitting on the floor, crocheting.The other great thing is that when wearing this, even if you do manage to push against the straps to slouch, the straps become far too uncomfortable to sustain a slouch position for long.Overall it has improved my self awareness of my posture and helps me to develop muscle memory for the correct posture. Well worth the buy.

I have a moderate scoliosis curve in my lumbar spine and had been using a weight lifters belt, but it really didn't provide enough support, so I decided to try this one. I'm 5'1" 110 lbs., and ordered the small. It fits perfectly and makes my back feel very secure and supported. It was easy to put on and attach all the straps. I like the over-straps around the waist because it really adds an extra layer of support. So far I have been wearing it over a t-shirt and only around the house. I don't think it would be comfortable on bare skin to wear under a sweater, so I'm not ready to try wearing it out of the house until I can think of a good solution, possibly by wearing over a camisole under the sweater.The instructions say to start out with 20 minutes, but I actually wore it an hour. I could feel it pulling a bit under the arms, but since I was sitting in one spot reading, it really didn't bother me. I think if I had been moving my body around, it would have chafed a bit and I would have to wear it for the 20 minutes as recommended and increase the time gradually.

I had been trying find a full back support brace for my back pain and posture correction, I already bought another one and it didn't fit on me, the waist part was too short and always going up high. So I tried to find a suitable product and found this one. I was trying on a couple of time and it did fit on my back and waist perfectly without being short on the waist like the other product. I could be able to release my lower back pain as well as supporting my upper back. Great product for the money paid !

I would give it 4 star because it gave me relief from my shoulder rib pain although it’s very uncomfortable in my armpits and stricken me from bending over which we do a lot when you are in medical field. The part of the velcro came off within 3 days of using it. I have to stitch it back to be able to use it. Disappointed? Yes in spite of the relief I received. I will not buy it again and I will look for a different type and much better design to wear for a long period of time.

I like the brace quite a lot at first because it helped with my bad posture and scoliosis so I have to wear it almost every day. This brace is not for everyday use due to the metal bar ripping though the fabric less than a month from my purchase and had to buy a different brand that worked better.

Es excelente y más si eres persona de torso largo. Ayuda con el dolor lumbar.

I was very skeptical when I bought this but this back brace is amazing! Pros 1. My back is no longer in constant pain 2. I’m actually able to stand up straight and not look like the hunchback of Notre Dame! Now there is two cons 1. The straps that go under your arm are at times uncomfortable and I would recommend wearing an undershirt under this brace for it can make your under arms raw. 2. Tie your shoes before you put this on because if not you won’t be able to bend over to tie them it greatly limits your movement. But with those aside I love this brace for it has made me a new person!!!

Compre este producto y la calidad es excelente, sin embargo para una persona de talla delgada como yo, definitivamente no es funcional. Queda muy amplia y no hay ajuste apropiado.Soy talla 28 de Pantalón34 en prendas superiores.
