This is a good basic mix. Quality grains. Has really made my mash in a breeze. This particular mixture has given my liquor a clean more smooth finish.

First, people need to stop trying to be a professional home brewer. You wouldn't be on Amazon if you were making top notch spirits. That being said, there's nothing wrong with adding all the grains for brewing, you just need to watch your temps and add amylase (if needed). The instructions that come with it are on par with the kit and turns a out a great product in the end. I didn't use amylase personally, I just got it to 165 and let it sit in a bucket until I was ready to pitch the yeast. Came out around 120 from the worm. Smooth and delicious.

Did come premixed, but was not an issue for me. Product turned out fine. Little higher yield that just cracked corn.

30 percent w turbo yeast

Not sure why seller would do this. Everything is combined and as such, makes this worthless as intended. All ingredients need added at different times and temperatures. Combined makes its worthless. Avoid this seller and just purchase the items yourself separately.

I've run a few of these and ordering more. Comes already mixed in bags. Very consistent. Use good yeast! Shipping is pretty quick and always exactly as expected. Highly recommend this mix!
