Good bag

Excellent bag. Filled with wood pellets for smoker bbq lol. It seems to be strong and hold up so far. You need to get some ditdajow if your training iron palm. I realized after I started so bought some off ebay, works great.

Five stars from a non-martial artist

I filled this with Rice and gave it to my girlfriend as a frustration thumper for her home office. We don’t have it mounted to the wall, and she is no martial artist, but it’s held up and is comfy to punch when the zoom calls get crazy.
