I’m glad I purchase this, I needed it to paint my banisters in the front area of my home because I did not want the wood to rot. Glad I purchased this it doesn’t allow the wood to rot It turns it into like a hard plastic coat. I wish I used it in the back of my house now I have to replace the wood banister. It’s a really good waterproof paint. It’s tough to put on, so make sure you have some gloves And a sturdy paintbrush, because it goes on like glue.

Painted indoor basement wall. No more water/moisture. Goes on very very thick but adheres well, super stinky... Area needs to be ventilated. Expensive but worth the money. Definitely worth a try if you need a sealant.

Very hydrophobic once it cures. Worked well to seal a flat panel roof over our patio which consisted of metal panels and a rubber strip over the seam. The product covered both materials very well. It also holds up well to the torrential downpours that can happen in Florida. Disposable gloves (+ clothing you don't care about - I am a messy painter) with a wide sturdy brush worked well for applying the product. Don't bother trying to save the brush when your finished with the project, it seals that too. Note: It goes on very thick with the consistency of honey so depending on the size of your project you may want to add an extra can to your order. If you don't end up using it you can save it or use it for just about anything that needs to be sealed. I imagine if you give it enough drying time you could pour it into your disposable glove, put a paint stick into it, and make a silly fly swatter.
