It is mentioned fragrance free but it shouldn't smell bad which it does I wonder if this is normal

Sender is great
The sender made a mistake and sent the wrong quantity and notified me immediately. I received the package and they communicated with me the whole time and refunded me the difference. Excellent service and product. I will definitely feel very comfortable ordering from them again.

First bar was fine. Second exploded!
I have no idea what happened. The first bar was completely fine. I used it for months and just opened this one maybe a month ago(??) and I just looked in my shower and saw this. I literally have no idea what could have even caused this. I have never seen soap do this. I assume this was a fluke, but just be wary, I guess. Not sure how to get a hold of the company, but as soon as I can figure that out, I will.
