Is this a genuine toyo tool and blade? i looked at the toyo website and could not find a tc-17vv blade. thee one shown on the toyo page is a tc-17bv

I have never used this blade. Just make sure any you buy are carbide. They last for years and years.

does this cutter come with the oil?

Have not used it yet. It comes with a dropper to input oil. I am not sure if there is oil in the cutter as received. It gets great ratings and I plan to cut a large mirror into pieces. Good Luck!!!
