Some annoying niggles though still excelent
BADIt took me a really (really) long time to find a configuration of buds that fit my ears wellThey have an annoying smug sounding voice and jingle every time they are turned on and about every hour to tell you how much charge is leftThe signal from my phone sometimes stutters even if it's only in my pocket. This isn't all that common, thoughThey don't pair well with multiple devices, it kinda works but is very clunkyGOODAfter a bit of work, they fit very well and are very comfortableThe sound quality and (with certain ear bud options) sound exclusion is very goodThey last a really good amount of time and charge really quicklyOVERALLReally good item, could be improved but I sill would highly recommend

Annoying LOUD deafening notification sounds
I got this from the Amazon warehouse. It was missing a set of earbuds which were not detailed in the product description. There is a very loud and annoying start-up jingle that plays every time you turn the headphones on. The loud voice also tells you when the headphone connects, when you have reached the maximum set volume, when the battery reaches 20% and when you turn it off. When you skip tracks there is also a loud bleep blasted at full volume to let you know the track has skipped. This is my one HUGE problem with the earphones. For the loud start up and off sounds at least you can switch them off when you have taken them off. With the skipping sound, it makes it annoying to skip tracks. I do it manually on my phone now. This is an unnecessary feature. I have read this issue in multiple reviews of the product but I would never have thought it would be this annoying. I am probably never going to buy another product from the company again. There is no firmware update for the buds and based on the forums I have viewed they don't plan on changing this feature anytime soon. My suggestion, save your money and get another pair of headphones. Good quality build.

Good headset when discounted for black Friday
The headset is really well built, the sound is what you'd expect from a mid-range priced headset but not over 100 pounds.Bluetooth range is weird, it can go one floor down but it can lose signal standing right next to the source with just tilting my head.Battery life is what you'd expect from such a small headset, around 4 hours with 50% volume.Something that I didn't even bother checking in the specs is the absence of aptx protocol, haven't decided if it's a good or bad thing yet but it's a feature that is standard in so many other rival headsets. Will have to get back to you.My only true gripe is the quality of the accessories and the absence of earhooks as a substitute to the bundled flaps. The clip that's supposed to keep the headset attached to your shirt broke after 5-6 uses in my house since I haven't had time to test them outside.

I love these, keep away from wifi adaptor
So easy to use, the instruction booklet isn't easy to use and doesn't give very much information about anything so it's best to download the pdf manual from their website.Pairing is simple, just hold the button to switch it on and keep holding it to start the search for Bluetooth devices. Once it is set up then it's best to download the jaybird app and mess about with the equaliser for a bit, I didn't like any of the presets so created my own which is more bass with less tone and you can save the preset you create to the earphones themselves.I kept losing connection on my PC while watching programmes and listening to music and after investigating what the problem was I found out it was because the Bluetooth adaptor was too close to my WiFi adaptor causing the Bluetooth signal to keep losing connection so I would advise not to have it anywhere near your WiFi adaptor.I wanted a good pair of noise isolating headphones to block out the neighbours noise while watching telly and listening to music, I've had a pair of cheap noise cancelling headphones and they were bad at cancelling anything but once I found the right fitting for the ear buds of these which were the large for me they were tight and didn't let much noise in at all so while something was playing in my ears I heard nothing else.I think they are very well built and they are just a joy to use, best pair I've ever owned.I got these for a bargain from the amazon warehouse and they are like brand new and so happy I got them.Recently

Don't buy them, they don't last
They were fine at first, sound quality etc is good, app is decent, all the good stuff. Recently though one ear is really quiet and the battery runs out within a few hours.Ive had them a year pretty much dead on, but I lost them (then found them again eventually) for the majority of that time. They've actually had maybe 4 months usage? These issues started when I was just inside my warranty but I wasn't quick enough to claim - totally my fault. I'm now 5 days out of the 12 months.I did a lot of research before I bought them, shame I wasn't aware of these issues so felt it's important to let others know. If you check out their site you'll see a lot of questions from people about both of these issues (battery not lasting and low/no sound in one ear). It's a lot of money to pay for headphones so wanted to make sure I warned people.
