I have been taking these for years and you have to realize if you take 1a day, that’s a year’s worth. I say I have taken them up to 7 months over exp. date, but do not see any changes. This is a wonderful product. If you are not comfortable, return them. I would take them. But up to you.

Unbelievable no more arthritic pain
