Quality construction. Door works on a full length stainless steel piano hinge instead of pivoting on a couple of rivets. Strong all stainless steel construction. Turn knob closure is robust with no key to hassle with. Kleenex multi fold towel B00009Q972 fits. Will hold 150 towels tightly packed but works better with less. Holds 125 towels with ease. Using this in home bathroom.

Dirty but works great.
As many others have claimed, the finish was very stained. I was unable to get completely clean and polished. Product works great. Good thing it was not going into guest bath.
