How do I contact the seller? The t-adapted I got was wobbly and leaking.

I've also got a leaky T adapter. The top part connecting to the toilet intake is leaking through the bottom and plumbers tape didn't help. Can I just go to home depot and find a different t adapter or is there something special about this one?

What should you do if the tubes are bursting out water right after installation? Should I use a wrench to tighten? What could be going wrong?

I had the same problem. I thought finger tight was enough because of the plastic nut on the toilet and faucet line but its designed a certain way. Tighten with a wrench. You may have to hold the fill valve while you do it so it doesn’t twist. Dry the area, wait about 10 minutes and test for drips and tighten as needed. Test as needed.
