These work well for making bias tape. Just be sure you have a stiletto or something similar on hand to help the fabric through at the beginning. (The set does not come with anything like that) I found you have to be careful and go slow because the metal is so smooth that the fabric can go wonky. Slip and slide to the sides. Just go slow and it works fine. Quite durable, they are made well and a good value for the cost. I like that this set phase many sizes. Pretty self explanatory and easy to use, but if you need to, there’s probably a YouTube how to.

these work really well. I'm used to sewing so it was easy to figure it out. But I think that anybody could do it if they tried it. The instructions are very good, very simple. I like making my own bias and this makes it very easy.
