Haven't used these yet, but they've come well packed, convenient bag included, everything in fact. Absolutely cannot fault so far, haven't used but have tested and they done seem like they'll snap like others I have tried! May update.

This is a good quality product at a reasonable price. Perfect for those strength training home workouts.

These have been a great addition to my home gym and have allowed me to make my home workouts a lot more interesting! Great value for money, great quality and the fact that the resistance can be changed means that they are super versatile.

The grips are really easy to use and exactly like the ones at the gym.

With five different resistance band levels, connectable ankle straps, handles and a door anchor you're definitely getting good value for your money when you buy this set for £19.88. The ropes are durable and have reinforced links compared to others I have used. They have metal carabiners to attach them onto the foam handles, each band is marked with the resistance level.They come with there own carry bag and are lightweight enough to take with you if wish to have some form of exercise while away from home. You can use the bands individually or add more to have a stacked effect, this allows you to adapt from 15lbs to 100lbs of resistance.Unlike free weights, resistance bands are not dependant on gravity and so reduce the joint compression, which helps reduce injuries to your joints. Due to the flexible and variable movements during an exercise, the workouts are also not as repetitive and therefore easier on your joints.

We have been impressed with this resistance band set. Here are our thoughts:👍 we like that you can add the bands together to get the resistance level you want.👍 ankle handles and hand straps allow us to work upper body and legs with different t exercises and Pilates moves etc.👍 carabiner style clips are well made and function well.👍 robust clips, straps and resistance bands👍 very lightweight - worth packing in suitcase for hotel room exercise if you’re jet lagged on work trip or for holiday morning stretches before breakfast...No issues - functions well and comfortable to use.

This resistance bands set comes with two tape of handles, a door stopper, a little guide book, and a carry bag.The bands have strong ends where the resistance is marked ( from 10lbs to 30lbs) which is very useful especially for the beginners. It’s really easy to click them on the metal hopes and they all look like they have been done from good quality materials so they should last a while.The set is in a reasonable price and has really pretty colours which is not something I seen before with those type of bands. Definitely would recommend

The equipment is lightweight but super-strong and I love the colours. It= is stackable so you can add more weight as you go. This set is the perfect home set for yoga, pilates and stretching. It is Unisex so perfect for the whole family. Comes with 5 resistance bands, 2 handles, 2 foot loops, 1 door anchor, a drawstring bag and a guide book. A great item !!
