How much does each fork weigh? None of the items claiming to be heavy, aren’t even close. Mine weigh 71 g each.

They are very good quality. Very heavy. But I don't have a scale to weigh them. They are the heaviest forks in my drawer. Also very smooth and silky steel.

Is it 18/10 stainless steel material?

Hello, Don't know about the 18/10 all I know is that these forks are LOVELY.

These forks do not have stainless steel imprinted on them. Are they truly stainless steel?

The forks do have " stainless steel" imprinted on the stems.
