Like a lot of people, I work from home full time. After being promoted to a manager position, I found myself on calls throughout the day and headphones were cumbersome and very limiting. I tried bluetooth headphones but my laptop didn't like them all that much so I bought this as a last ditch escape from the wired headphones. I'm SOOOO glad I did. I love this speaker. It's easy to use, the sound quality is phenomenal and I can talk to my team, my clients, my boss, all while continuing to work. Added bonus...I can be "listening" to a call and walk to my kitchen, get coffee or a snack and still hear what is happening. I'd give this 10 stars if I could.

Great for zoom and Teams calls. Audio is a big step up from everything used prior both speaker and the mic .

I bought this primarily to use with Zoom meetings where I need to periodically mute and unmute myself - and it needs to be visible to the hosts as well. Since this doesn't sync mute status with zoom - there are effectively 2 mutes. If the host mutes me, I need to unmute zoom, and then unmute Roundle - The sound and build quality seem good, but I'm returning for a calisto that syncs mute with zoom and others.

The box was dented, and I'm 100% certain this unit has already been in another customer's hands before I received it. Honestly not too concerned about that, but it was sold as 'new' not 'refurbished', fwiw. Real problem is that it just didn't work. When I plugged it in, the buttons lit up, and my laptop gave me a notification 'your new device is ready to use'. But it never showed up in the list of available microphones or speakers. In system settings, it showed up in "Other Devices" rather than in "Audio". The manufacturer's website appears to be down, and emails sent to them were returned as undeliverable.

Arrived on time. Plug and play. Easy to use. Good sound quality

This was the best speaker out of many I bought and returned. This one worked the best and sounded great!

It wouldn’t connect to my computer and Teams. I tried to contact their technical support but the email came back. Sounds like they may be out of business.

Unit is used for daily meetings inside and outside the company.

S'installe sans aucune difficulté et sans réglage.Étant essentiellement en télétravail, et passant 80% de mon temps en audio, j'ai trouvé un certain confort avec ce matériel. Adieu le casque sur les oreilles toute la journée.Fonctionne aussi bien sur Skype entreprise que sur Teams.Je ne vois pas de différence avec les pieuvres Jabra que nous utilisions dans mon entreprise, et le produit est surtout bien moins chères.Je le recommande.

Cumple perfectamente su cometido. Lo utilizo para conferencias en teams, y según me comentan se me oye con muy buena calidad. La calidad de su altavoz también es muy buena.Quizás como puntos mejorables: la intensidad de las luces de los iconos, no se puede regular y es muy intensa, y por supuesto si tuviera conexión wifi, aunque ya sería otro precio.Recomendable si el uso es para Conferencias.

I bought this based on the website and extremely limited reviews but in the hope that to use for home working it would be just the ticket. I have not been disappointed! The sound is reported as clear at the other end of Teams, Webex and Google meet calls. It reduces keyboard typing noise and both volume and mic can be muted independently. In short it does everything I could expect and I feel sure it would support a number of people in a smallish meeting room although I cannot testify to that. I would say the quality would also be OK for background music albeit that is clearly not what it is designed for.
