2 of the bands are good. The green one is extremely flimsy and almost zero resistance. Other two bands are thicker and good quality.

Strong & good quality resistance bands.
The media could not be loaded. I have been using these resistance bands for quite a long time. These are really good & long lasting. These can sustain greater load unlike other resistance bands which are fragile and tear off easily. As a fitness enthusiast, I would highly recommend people to buy this product from FITSY.
