If you want a nvr don’t buy this product, Hawkeye surveillance sells this product that didn’t work. And to send it back they want a 25% restocking fee and you pay for the return. The product is OEM Hikvision. Don’t buy this product they don’t seem to care as long as they got your money. I try to get in contact with them with no return answers. Avoid this product and Hawkeye.

Worked for less than a year
The product works great on the local network however when you try and access remotely with the Hik app the device reboots itself. You will also not be able to update the firmware
