I've read review reports of debris (metal pellets) in the tank. Has this been resolved?

I just ordered mine (12/2017) and it came with pellets in the tank. Returning it as defective for another one at the moment.

what do I need to buy to be able to use iwata airbrushes

If I remember correctly, iwata airbrushes use 1/8" thread. There are a few ways to resolve this issue: 1. Use a 1/4" male to 1/8" male adapter to replace the universal 1/4″ quick connector. Then you can use your 1/8" hose to connect it. 2. Buy a quick connector plug which with 1/8" thread. 3. If you want to add a water trap, you need to find a 1/4" in and 1/8" out.
